Hello. Thank you for joining me in the review of the Crock-Pot Multi-Use XL Express Slow and Express Cooker. Crock-Pot has been producing slow cookers since the 1970s. They’ve made their mark in the multi-function cooker arena, and we’re here to check them out.

The Crock-Pot XL Express has a capacity of 8 quarts, making feeding a family or group of 10 or more people easy and at a fraction of the time it takes for traditional cooking. The choice of cooking functions ranges from conventional and pressure cocking. Traditional cooking consists of browning/searing, sauté, slow cook, simmering, boiling, yogurt, and keeping warm.

With pressure-style cooking, you have the option of cooking meat/stew, poultry, beans/chili, soup/broth, rice/grains, dessert, and steam. This one appliance offers all these options.

You can make healthy meals at the touch of a button, and with the delay start timer, you have the flexibility to start cooking right away or set it to start later. There is a manual high and low-pressure option to customize your cooking to meet your recipe’s requirements. The lid locks airtight and stays sealed for added safety.

The inner pot is non-stick, making cleanup a breeze, and it is dishwasher safe. You also get a steaming rack, serving spoon, and a recipe book filled with amazing recipes to try out in your Crock-Pot XL Express.
