Thanks for joining me in my review of the Cuisinart CJE-1000 Juicer Extractor. I'm new to the juicing scene, and I've known about it for a while, but I never really joined in. But it's time to jump in, so here we go.

This centrifugal juicer has a 1000-watt motor and five adjustable speeds. It provides good-quality juice with an impressive yield comparable to the more expensive centrifugal juicers. But, because this is a high-speed juicer, you won't receive the same amount of vitamins and enzymes as you would if using a masticating or cold-press juicer. This juicer is best with soft fruits, dense produce, and citruses.

It has a 3-inch feed tube that reduces the need to cut your produce by hand. The flow spout is adjustable, eliminating drips and spills. The unique filter basket reduces foam, and there is a 5-speed dial that allows you to adjust speed to the different fruits and vegetables you are juicing.
